Lives not reloading in Scrubby Dubby Saga?

We have noticed that some players are experiencing a problem with their Lives not refreshing whilst playing on Facebook or King.com

Please note that this does not appear to be affecting mobile devices.

We are currently looking into this and we hope to have an update for you soon!

Thank you :-)

Finally,  deleting cookies and clearing chronology and opening Facebook Gameroom, I'm able to play! Thank you Linda!

This is a problem with Chrome interface. I have reported it multiple times to King and told them exactly what the problem is and no response except finally they told me to quit reporting as it wasn't going to make them work any faster!!!!!!Pathetic response to a problem. They keep acting like it is only a few people when all of Chrome is not working through Facebook. Everyone knows you can use Firefox but I don't want to upload another browser to my already full computer!!

Thank you Rachel... I don't think the problem is chrome... the problem is the game! Why have I played since the day before with chrome, and the day after I haven't? The problem is with some Scrubby Dubby Saga update! I'm playing with other Kings games with chrome and I haven't any problem!

I have not been able to play for over a week. It continues to say I have 0 lives, no matter how long I wait. (using Chrome) I have tried to ask for lives from friends. Gives the message that there is an issue and then a message that there is no internet connection.

The problen description above is not accurate, at least in my case. I can play on Facebook using Firefox, but not with Chrome. On mobile devices I can play, but sending/receiving lives from friend sometimes works, sometimes doesn't.

Hi Juanjo- The problems reported all appear to be on desktop and we have noticed that in many cases the players are using Chrome. We are working to fix this as soon as possible. Thanks!

I'm using Chrome. It says "Full" and 0 lives, it's been like it for probably a week. I even tried buying 10 gold pieces to see if I could buy lives, and although the transaction was apparently successful, the coins were not credited.

I lost a lot of progress on Candy Crush Jelly Saga at the same time, I was sure I'd won several levels but ended up having to do them again. It's like King's servers glitched.

Seems like you have been 'looking into it' and 'working on it' for quite a while now and still not come up with a solution. Admit you don't know the reason for it and stop blaming Chrome.

Delete your game from Apps on Facebook; then game cookies, clear the cache on your browser and the temp files; log out of Facebook, shut down device; wait a minute; restart the device; log back into Facebook; Go To Facebook Gameroom and download it; then go to your game and click Play. When asked, say Yes, Play On Facebook Gameroom.
