Candy Crush Saga - Roadblock Not Functioning

Hello all,

It has been reported that the roadblocks in the game are not working as intended right now. There have been reports of it not unlocking after you have received the 3 tickets or completed the mystery quests and also that there are some graphical errors where it is crashing when trying to load the Roadblock image.

This information has been passed on to the game studio to look at.

Please add a reply to this thread and we will keep you up to date with any progress.

Hi everyone! We are currently still working hard to resolve this problem, however in the meantime please can you try this workaround?

- Go to the game on the desktop version of Facebook

- This should unlock the roadblock

- Return to your mobile game and log out of Facebook

- Log back into Facebook in your mobile game. 

Let us know if this has worked :-)

Even I have been facing the same Issue. 

Dear Team, 

Kindly take a Faster Action as this is Hampering. If this continues we might lose Interest in the Game as well

I cant believe it I kept doing that mystery challenges (as facebook friends never respond to me asking for help) and after waiting the three days and completing all the tasks its the game now wont let me click on them or move on, I reinstalled the game and have lost over 60 bombs, 40 sweets, 35 fish. i actually advanced my date on my phone a second time after reading some advice online and after completing the mystery quests for a second time, it still wont move me on and I cant click to play them it wont bring up to option of playing the quests or anythingHowever if I use gold bars it will let me continue but I dont want to waste them in case i need them later. When will this be resolved? Will there be any compensation with regards rewards and bonus that ive lost>

Same thing is happening to me also. I couldn't even use the option to ask for friends or use gold bars, it won't let me open the icon at all, it just appears for a second and then it is gone.

I tried deleting the app and then re-installing the latest version and then it opened, when I finished the mistery quests the Congratulations window was there also again for a second and it is gone. 

I don't know what to do, I can't continue playing. And yeah, also I have lost all the stuff that I had (color bombs, fishes, coconut wheels, everything...) when I re-installed the app.

I been having the same issue for the past 3 episodes! Completed all 3 quests several times, and still couldn't advance to the next level, and ended up using my gold bars to move on.

Please keep me up to date. WRT what Jamie Baker said, I agree - will we get back the gold we would have had to have used in order to get past the roadblock? Seems unfair for us to have lost it because of a technical issue.

yup,ive lost so many bombs,sweets,fishes and all the bonuses since i re installed this app..i dont know about the compensation,but i agree with that...

I just finally quit playing and deleted the game from my ipad.  Who wants to start again at Level 1 and not know if you can ever advance past the roadblocks? I couldn't even use my gold bricks to advance!  Sometimes I still play on my iphone, but I've moved on to another type of game.  Who needs the aggravation?
