Bubble Witch 3 - Game crashes after each level

Hello,

I play on PC and everytime I win a level, the game crash.When I start it again, the level is win but my stars aren't add at the gauge who is under the house icon (the icon at the bottom of the screen when you're at the map view).

I apologize if my english is bad, I'm french. I hope someone will understand and will help me, please.

CM UPDATE - 25/06/18

Hi everyone, just to let you know that it is still being worked on... It's taking a while because our Studios don't have control over the Win10 Platform. They are trying to work and coordinate with the relevant people at Windows as this needs fixing but as it is out of our Studio's hands we are unable to give you an estimated time for a fix... 

We're sorry. Better to use another browser and platform until it's fixed.

Ah no, don't give up. I spoke to Mia about it and she has told me that the studio are aware, to try the troubleshooting and then if everyone can report the devices/OS and as much info as they can, like you have done, she will pass it back to the studio who are gathering data. So all is not lost!

Can I ask everyone was it the latest version of windows..I think it was 1803? 

And are all of you playing via the app, not through a browser?

Hello everyone. First could you try the troubleshooting for either Browsers or the windows 10 app for me and see if this helps (however you play) 

If it doesn't help, could you add a screenshot and tell me which browser you are using and which OS version please.

I've uninstalled, restarted and reinstalled but it crashes every time I finish a level.  I'm playing on Windows 10 pro on a PC.  Any ideas?

Again, contacted King, but I guess they couldn't help.   Having the same problem.  Have found at least 3 others with the same.  Like you I uninstalled, reinstalled, uninstalled and reinstalled again.  Still the same.  Like you I also am using PC with Windows 10 with all updates.   Because of the frustration I have stoped playing.    And it's really a shame.  I truly enjoyed playing.    But no longer have any intrest in playing.

Hi guys,

Really sorry about the issue... I know how frustrating it is :/

The Technical team is working on it with the Studio and the more info we have, the faster they'll be able to solve it. Could you please all confirm the devise and platform/browser you're playing on as well as give me your game ID? 

To find it, simply follow these steps from your computer:

- Go to your FB account, click on the arrow on the top right corner, then go to Settings

- Click on Apps and Websites from the menu on the left 

- Click on Bubble Witch 3 - View and Edit

- Scroll down to the "Get help from app developers" section to find your User ID for the game.

That'd be super helpful, guys! Again, really sorry for the inconvenience, but we're aware of the problem and actively looking into it.

FWIW, I can go back and play any previous levels without crashing.  The problem only occurs with levels that have not been done before.
