Experiencing problems with your game?

We have identified a network connectivity issue affecting some of our games. There is a chance that you experience some of the following issues:

Lost game progress

Failed purchases

- Facebook connectivity issues

We are currently investigating the problem and working on a solution.

UPDATE - 17.55 CET: The majority of our games are now back to normal. We keep working hard and hope to be fully recovered as soon as possible.

UPDATE - 19:20 CET:  All games are now up and running again.

UPDATE - 10/10 11:00 CET: We are currently observing that this issue might be causing problems to some of you again (especially regarding connecting on Facebook and accessing the store). We are working on fixing it as soon as possible.

Got in finally but it set me back to day 1 in my consecutive daily playing. Will this be fixed please?  I was into my 60’s.

Hi everyone,

Thanks for all the reports and the patience during this time. Our team has intensely monitored the games and there are no more general issues. That doesn't necessarily mean that all of you are not having any issues, but it means that those problems can be solved on an individual case. Please make sure you follow the general troubleshooting depending on the device you come from.

You can find more about it here.

Please make sure that your game and device are up to date, that you reinstall the game in case there's a need for it. If you go through the usual steps you will most likely fix the experience. If that's not the case, please come and let us know - we'll be happy to assist!

What about Mort's Helmet and Space Dash? Are those being worked on? I have to say that King is very good at keeping its customers in the dark about things. Never can get a good answer out of them.

Hi Xarly, just wanted to say everything is back to normal with my games, I haven’t lost any progress or boosters, thank goodness! Also, I think King’s games are the best, keep it up, and thanks for everything :)

Yep. Same problem here. Daily login will reset in just over 2 hours or so (I’m in Aus and it’s 8:30pm, resets around Midnight) 

I deleted my old game account, thinking that might be the issue, but sadly, it is not.

why did the screen change, it looks like i'm playing candy crush from 90's? i don't like this new screen...

It still says No internet connection found on Candy Crush, Candy Crush Jelly and Candy Crush Soda. I lost my progress on Jelly from this morning as well as on Soda from last night. I’m also missing boosters on both Jelly and Soda.

I had 141 lollipop hammers which are ALL GONE!!  Most of these were accumulated from playing Bubblegum Hill, something which takes quite a bit of time & patience.  This is unacceptable Candy Crush Soda.....please resolve this issue.

All games are NOT up and runnning again! I still have the exact same issue! My 5G WiFi is perfect yet none of the Candy Crush games will connect. This is the third time this has happened so I’m still losing out! Can’t do the buddy challenge. The daily bonus on Jelly doesn’t come up at all! Please fix the connectivity issue instead of trying to convince us the problem is fixed when the players know otherwise!

All I know is that in all the years Ive been playing Candy crush,I never once purchased anything. About a month ago,for some stupid reason,I actually purchased the pig bank. Since then,my game has not given me helmets or spaceships or anything. If this is there way of trying to force me to ever make another purchase again they are sadly mistaken. I enjoy the game,I play it a lot,but I will walk away and not look back.

They have yet to comment on the lowering of moves on so many levels. I didn't think they care about the unhappy players.

I got double charged for a purchase last night, and would like a refund. I was double charged for the purchase of my 50 gold bars for $2.99 on Bubble Witch 3.

This is a question......Level 1781 has only 18 moves........I have found this to be impossible to solve.  Has anyone done this level in only 1781.  About ready to hang up my Candy Crush buttons!!
